Our team is made up of people who, for whatever reason, want to work a bit differently. None of our lawyers do time sheets. Our business development team has responsibility to drive revenue growth, and our administrative colleagues are subscriber relationship champions.

Many people in the team have flexible working arrangements - our staff retention rate is off the charts as we recognise the need to juggle family and work commitments.

The aosphere team is made up of a mixture of legal, BD, tech and customer experts. To join our team you need to be passionate about making delivery of legal information more efficient for clients, and also show a willingness to challenge how things are done. Our team share a start-up "can do" mentality.

Unrelenting high standards and rigorous attention to detail are a must. Most of our lawyers come from magic circle firms, having worked in either funds, regulatory, banking, capital markets, derivatives or corporate departments. Many have also spent time working in-house, bringing valuable market expertise to our business.
